By implementing accounting and reporting procedures essential to improving cash flow and financial health, Cynthia Serrante helped two emerging construction companies achieve significant growth in both size and revenue. Realizing many construction firms’ owners were focused on trade work and not on managing their business, Cynthia decided to form CLS Project Solutions with the goal of helping company owners set up the administration procedures essential to a successful business operation. Enlisting the help of her husband, Lou Serrante, to consult on the technical aspects of construction projects, Cynthia started CLS to advocate and refine the business operations for many growing construction firms. Cynthia has overseen CLS’ success and growth and has expanded her original mission to include a full scope of construction services including construction management, general contracting, and estimating.

With 30+ years of experience in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Field Operations, Lou Serrante has successfully completed over $1.5B in construction projects. An invaluable asset to any development, redevelopment, or construction project, Lou’s technical experience, trade knowledge, and innovative thinking has been employed in various markets and settings across the United States from the northeast to Florida to Texas to Illinois and California. Lou’s portfolio of projects, including base building construction, renovations, build outs, corporate interiors, industrial and residential projects. He has served in a wide range of industries, including: banking and financial, retail, health and hospitals, fitness, restaurant and food service, houses of worship, telecommunications, data centers, and governmental.
