NYPD Kitchen and Cafeteria Renovation
CLIENT: New York Police Department (NYPD) / VALUE: 1.35MM / TIMEFRAME: 8 months / SERVICES PROVIDED: General Contractor
THE SITUATION: The NYPD aimed to turn their “snack service” dining are into a fully functioning cafeteria for its occupants.
THE CHALLENGE: The current capacity of gas in the building was not sufficient enough to service the new kitchen equipment.
THE SOLUTION: New Gas Service.
Working in tandem with ConEdison, a new gas service was brought into the building that would fully service all new kitchen equipment.
THE RESULT: The NYPD now has a fully functioning kitchen that serves diners within the building daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
